 Meet your instructors,

Jamie Kocher, PT, DPT and Brooke Kalisiak PT, DPT. 

Jamie has over a decade of experience working in the health and fitness industry as a physical therapist and personal trainer.

Jamie earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Saint Louis University. She has specialized training in pelvic health physical therapy, pregnancy and postpartum fitness, and coaching the pregnant and postpartum athlete. Her training includes pregnancy, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor safe approaches to exercise.

In her free time, she enjoys doing weight training, yoga, cycling, volunteering with Share Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support, and spending time outdoors and camping with her husband and two daughters.

 Brooke earned her Masters and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a board certified women’s health physical therapist and has a passion for making sure everyone knows that their are options available to treat their pelvic health conditions. She loves working with pregnant and postpartum moms who want to optimize their bodies for pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. 

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and doing taekwondo with her son. She loves getting out in nature with her family and traveling.
